What are the delivery costs?
We offer free delivery within the Netherlands. For orders outside the Netherlands, delivery is free for orders above €100. For orders under €100, the shipping cost is €12.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and are estimated to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to track your order.
Please note that delivery times are only estimates, and delivery to remote areas may take longer.

What are the available shipping methods?
Your order will be shipped via DHL, DPD, or PostNL, depending on your order and destination country.
Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
No, all costs are included in the final purchase price. For the USA and the UK, the displayed price includes import duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Perfume items must be unopened, with all packaging intact. We recommend selecting the same sample as your perfume at checkout so you can try it without opening the full-size product.
- Makeup items must be unopened, with all packaging intact.
- Fashion items must be unworn, with all tags attached.
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and place a new order
Can I change my shipping address after my order is confirmed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched it may still be possible to change your address. Please contact our Customer Service Team
